Taxes

I went out to a club at the Seoul Hyatt on Saturday, and their drinks were ridiculously expensive.  25,000 KRW for a mixed drink.  Even at the currnet exchange rate, that's almost 20 dollars.  Anyway, I got a bottle of water for 5,000 won (ugh), and on the recipet, there were three different types of taxes -- Service Charge, SP-TAX, and VAT.  Oh hotels.
